Terms of Use

Last updated: 30 October 2026

1. Who we are

TenderAudit (“we”, “us”) is operated by the business named below. Contact: support@tenderaudit.ie.

2. The service

TenderAudit is an online tool that helps you price a Bill of Quantities from a price list you provide and scans tender text for terms that may carry risk. It is a decision aid. It does not provide legal, financial, tax or engineering advice and does not supply market rates.

3. Your responsibility

  • You are responsible for checking every price, quantity, total and flagged clause before you rely on them or submit a tender.
  • The clause scanner works on keywords and patterns. It can miss clauses and can flag clauses that are acceptable. Take legal advice on contracts that matter.
  • Tax features (VAT, RCT, CIS, reverse charge) are informational. Confirm the treatment for your situation with your accountant or the relevant tax authority.

4. Access, trials, vouchers and keys

  • Access is by personal access key. Do not share your key. We may withdraw access that is shared, abused or used to attack the service.
  • Free trials last for the period stated on the site and are limited to one per person or business. Voucher codes give free access for the period stated with the code and have no cash value.
  • A single-audit pass gives access for the number of days stated on the site, counted from the time of payment. A monthly subscription gives access while the subscription is active.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the site and are charged by Stripe. Prices may change for future purchases. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

6. Refunds and your right to cancel

Access starts immediately after payment. By buying, you ask us to supply the digital service straight away and, if you are a consumer, you acknowledge that you may lose your right to cancel within 14 days once the service has been fully supplied or, for a subscription, to the extent that it has begun to be supplied. If the service does not work as described, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will fix the problem or refund you. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law.

7. Your files

Files you open in the tool are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers. You keep all rights in your files.

8. Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell or scrape the tool, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the service unlawfully.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may improve, change or withdraw features. We rely on third-party services (including hosting and payment providers), and outages of those services may affect access.

10. Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of contract, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service or reliance on its output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

11. Privacy

See our Privacy Notice.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in the country where you live.
